In addition to being in private practice, I am a part-time instructor at the University of Calgary, in Continuing Education, Faculty of Business (now the Haskayne School of Business).

I have an extensive background in the application of social psychology theories to business through workshops, conferences, and executive coaching for over 30 years. Recently, I've been focusing particular attention on assisting organizations to help teams operate more effectively.

My university-sponsored workshops and classes include Improving Communication in the Workplace, Building Trust in the Workplace, Building Better Work Relationships, and The Art of Giving and Receiving Criticism.
